What our clients have to say
“We have been very impressed working with LCD Construction. They are team players, working collaboratively for the best interests of the client, while respecting good design. They really work hard to get the best value for their client’s budget. LCD also has a real understanding of how to work with jurisdictions to get projects approved and to meet tight deadlines, which saves significant time in the overall schedule. And they are a fun group to work with. We look forward to working with them together in the future.” –Steve Mileham, LRS Architects
Our industrial portfolio includes mostly Class A manufacturing and distribution warehouses. One of the difficult gaps for us to have serviced are coordinating smaller maintenance items that require scope from more than one trade. LCD has been willing to provide service for these less glamorous issues and has done so by always making it easy for me to say yes. They simplify the details, provide a reasonable cost, and give me a quick turnaround for resolution.”
“The crew at Lanphere Construction demonstrates that delivering good customer service is how you build a solid business. Everyone bends over backwards to deliver on our project needs. When external factors required us to delay our project a year, the Lanphere Construction crew stuck by us and continued to work through the details during this period to keep the line of communication going and taking advantage of the downtime. When the time came to hit the ground running, they were ready. Whether it be after-hour meetings, text, email, or a phone call, the crew at Lanphere Construction was always there to answer my paranoid questions and address any new requests we had. Our project manager takes time and budget as law, delivering on both as if there’s no other option. The word “NO” is not in the vocabulary at Lanphere Construction. Anytime I’ve asked to make a small change or have any other request, Lanphere gladly delivers without any problem.”
